In a few days you will receive, by mail, a comprehensive DVD with 2 hours of in-depth coverage of the Filta enterprise. This DVD covers all aspects of Filta and will answer most of your questions regarding being a Filta franchise owner.
Talking to a Franchise Development Manager
Filta will then contact you to make sure that you have received both the information packet and the DVD. You can then arrange a conference call with one of the skilled Filta Franchise Development Managers who can answer any question you may still have. If, after talking with the Development Manger, you wish to proceed with pursuing ownership of a Filta Franchise, you will be asked to arrange a visit to Filta headquarters in Orlando, FL to attend one of Filta’s Discovery Days.
Attending a Filta Discovery Day
At the Filta Discovery Day event you will have a chance to talk with local Filta franchisees, getting first-hand knowledge of how Filta franchises operate and how to succeed as a franchise owner. You will also meet with Filta Chairman, Victor Clewes and other Filta staff members. During the Discovery Day you will be supplied with a Filta Franchise Disclosure Document, outlining the technical aspects and legal disclosures of the Filta Group.
Post Discovery Day
The week following your attendance of a Filta Discover Day, you will be contacted to arrange a tele-conference call with Filta’s business representatives. During this conference meeting, you will be able to ask any lingering question that you may have. At this time you will be asked if you have made a decision regarding your desire to become a Filta franchise owner. If you agree that you wish to move forward, you will then discuss and establish a plan of action with Filta pertaining to your specific situation and timeline. You will be asked to complete a Letter of Intent along with your deposit (the initial Territory Fee) which will establish your intent to become a Filta Franchisee.
